Terms and Conditions for Battlefields Trips
Travel
I will assist in the planning of an itinerary, with the assumption that you will be travelling in your own car(s) and choosing your preferred route across the Channel (Ferry or Shuttle).
Accommodation
I have used hotels which I would recommend in Arras and Ypres, advance booking is recommended to gain the best hotels and best prices. If I am to travel with you I will happily take on the booking of hotels, but if not then it is better that you arrange this yourself.
Payment
I will supply you with initial ideas free of charge. If you want a detailed itinerary and/or any pre-booking to be done on your behalf I will let you know the fee before you commit. For an itineary of up to 5 days without any booking done this would be in the order of £30.
Guided Tours
If you would like me to accompany you as a guide and make all the necessary bookings for the trip I will make a quote for your party. If this is acceptable, a non-returnable deposit of 15% will be required with the balance payable not later than two weeks before departure.
If you wish to add extra people to the booking after the initial deposit has been paid there will probably be a surcharge depending on charges made by third party providers (eg hotels, ferry company, etc)
